In March 2009, Mark Carlo Cunanan was referred to Lifeline Foundation.  He is a 6 year old boy diagnosed with hemango-lymphangioma on the left side of his face when he was 2 years old.  He went through an operation back then and his condition got better.  Unfortunately, his treatment was not continued because of the family's financial constraints.

We immediately worked on his case.  Together with our partner doctors--an ENT, an Ophthalmologist, and a Pediatric Oncologist--we went right to work to give this young boy a chance to live a normal life. He was treated with oral steroids, and this treatment lasted for six months.  His condition improved somewhat, but not as much as we had hoped.

We are now at the second phase of his treatment. His doctor's recommended treatment  is interferon injectables, which is priced at Php 12,000.  We are asking you to join hands with Lifeline Foundation, because with your donations so we can continue with his treatment. With your generosity this boy's life will be back to normal.
